Children will love Stellarium!

Any child, anywhere, can learn about the night sky above their head. Fantastic.
Orion is a brilliant constellation to start with when you are beginning to explore the night sky.
Orion's Belt is easy to spot on a clear night (in Winter in the UK), and there are lots of interesting things to look out for within the constellation. See if you can spot:
Betelgeuse - a huge Red Giant star, 1000 times bigger than our Sun, which could explode in an enormous Supernova explosion at any time!
The Orion Nebula - our closest star-forming region, a beautiful nursery for baby stars.
Rigel - a super-hot blue supergiant star, the 7th brightest star in the night sky.
What else can you see? Here are 10 wonderful targets to see in the Orion constellation
